This 35 year old female, bra size 36A, who nursed her 2 children, desired implants to increase fullness in the upper breast.  She did not wish to dramatically alter her 5'10, 135 lb frame.  Smooth, high-profile, 380 cc implants were filled with 400 cc of saline and placed under the muscle.  She was very pleased with her natural-looking result and commented that she did not feel that her result looked 'surgical.'
